I believe God is all around us, if we’re willing to recognize it.
For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God. – Romans 1:20
Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end. – Ecclesiastes 3:11
My question is, are we willing to recognize Him? Are we searching? If I’m not looking, why should I expect to find something? The world works to mask things that are of God, so that’ s why we have to intentionally look for Him.
If I told you there was a million dollars buried in my yard that you could have, in your search, you’d make sure to dig it up, right? You’d intentionally search for the money. Well I’m telling you eternal life is in God. Search for Him.
Many say they’ve not encountered God, but the Scripture says look wholeheartedly. Who wants a half-hearted effort? As a simple human being I don’t even want a half-hearted effort. How much necessary would it be to wholeheartedly search for God? After all, He’s waiting to be found by you.
Anything worth finding is worth searching for wholeheartedly.
Psalm 119:2 Joyful are those who obey his laws and search for him with all their hearts.
Jeremiah 29:13 If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.
